European Conference on Industrial Technologies IndTech 2020

The digital conference on Industrial Technologies “IndTech 2020 – Transition to Sustainable Prosperity” will take place under the auspices of the German Presidency of the Council of the European Union from 27th – 28th October 2020.

This European event provides a platform for stakeholders from research, industry and policymaking to discuss future trends, technological challenges and the further steps required in order to shape and strengthen future European industrial and research policy. IndTech2020 will provide an excellent opportunity to share ideas and research findings relevant to the key enabling technologies such as nanotechnologies, advanced materials, biotechnology and advanced manufacturing. Thematic priorities such as battery technologies, digitisation and biologically inspired innovation in materials science, production and manufacturing technologies, the European Green Deal and the low carbon and circular economies will be especially focussed upon.

The Project Management Jülich (PtJ) is organising the conference on behalf of the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF), together with the European Commission, the German Society for Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology DECHEMA e.V., Project Management Karlsruhe (PTKA) and VDI Technologiezentrum GmbH (VDI-TZ).
