A SASIG event bringing CISOs and senior security leaders together to explore resilience, trust and leadership amid AI adoption and geopolitical uncertainty

The SASIG CISO Summit takes place on Thursday 9 July 2026 in London, running from 9am to 4pm. The event brings CISOs and senior security leaders together to explore how organisations can build resilience, trust and capability amid rapid technological change, geopolitical uncertainty and accelerating AI adoption.

Deep technical expertise alone is no longer enough to influence boards to invest in cybersecurity. The summit explores how board savvy CISOs can persuade peers and senior leaders to embed security practices across the business, requiring mature people leadership as much as technical authority.

The day will also address the human side of the role, including how CISOs maintain a functioning, supported team through sustained incident response while protecting their own wellbeing and that of their people. Throughout, discussion will focus on the shifting role of the CISO from technical authority to strategic leader, with an emphasis on influence, people and organisational culture.

The event runs under the Chatham House Rule and is free to attend for SASIG members. Those eligible to attend in person can earn CPE/CPD points through ISACA, ICA, ISC2, CSyP, CIISec or The Security Institute.

Login to register, or apply for SASIG membership to attend.
