TechNExt 2024

Welcome to TechNExt: a celebration of the North East’s thriving technology sector. Bringing together over 3,000 attendees, the festival spans five days in June, and features events held across the region to spotlight the best tech businesses and talent the North East has to offer.

From curated showcases to community-led fringe events, TechNExt displays the diversity, achievements, and innovation of the North East’s tech scene, shaping a bright future for the industry.

New to TechNExt for 2024, the Schools Challenge will engage North East school children in tech and with tech employers in the region. Participation is encouraged from schools across the North East, for children ages 9-13 years. Expressions of interest and entry is now open – closing date 3 May. Find out more.
