The Fourth Industrial Revolution and Cyber Security

Event time: 11.00-12.00

This event, hosted by techUK in collaboration with the APPG on 4IR - chaired by Alan Mak MP, provides an opportunity to discuss the changes that are inherent to the fourth industrial revolution. Particularly the event will provide an opportunity to bring together industry and the policy communities to discuss how cyber security can help us navigate the new digital realm.

The Government’s recent budget had interesting proposals surrounding super deductions and a review of R&D tax credits and it is clear that the government is invested in growing the digital economy. To continue the momentum from these announcements, techUK and the APPG have teamed up to run a series of webinars. This session will be introduced by Matt Warman MP, Minister for Digital Infrastructure who will provide a keynote address before a panel discussion looking at cyber and Industry 4.0 chaired by Alan Mak MP.
