East Midlands Cyber Resilience Centre
The East Midlands Cyber Resilience Centre is a collaboration between police, business and academia working together to protect our SME organisations, and in so doing making the online sphere safer for all to do business.
The CRC model is acclaimed by the National Police Chiefs’ Council (NPCC) and is replicated across the country in each region, forming a thriving network of Police led Cyber Resilience Centres each delivering essential cyber resilience services, guidance and education.
Mission:
To help SME businesses and organisations to prepare and protect themselves against the ever changing cyber threat.
The EMCRC started life in January 2020, it is led by regional Police officers working in partnership with universities, and business, through a variety of ways but with one aim: to support micro and SME organisations access the help and services they need to become more resilient to online crime.
They are now an established community resource whom east midlands based organsiations can trust to help guide and support them through the daunting online landscape, safe in the knowledge that we are impartial and deliver only government approved guidance and cyber security services that are uniquely affordable because they are delivered on a not-profit basis.
