UKCSC Seeking Your Views on Hiring Security Roles

The UK Cyber Security Council is working to clarify and improve paths into cyber, and part of that is to make entry level hiring more reliable, less risky, and more accessible for both employers and professionals.

To this end, they are seeking the input of people who are responsible for hiring or developing job descriptions at any level in cyber security.

If this applies to you, please help UKCSC in this work by filling in this survey, or alternatively forwarding to the appropriate person in your organisation.

There are no wrong answers, and you can skip any questions, they want a representative snapshot of hiring practices in cyber security.
